15. Modification: No modification, modification or modification of the rental agreement is binding, unless it is in writing, dated from the date of this lease and duly executed by the parties. Without this clause, a judge who has found a small clause illegal, even if it is accidentally a coincidence, could consider the entire lease to be null and void.
